On June 6, 1944, Allied forces launched Operation Overlord, the largest amphibious invasion in history. The D-Day landings on the beaches of Normandy were the result of months of meticulous planning, intelligence coordination, and courageous leadership. Success depended on bold decisions by General Dwight D. Eisenhower, as well as on-the-ground adaptability by thousands of officers and enlisted leaders who faced chaos the moment they hit the sand.

OVERLORD: LEADERSHIP LESSONS FROM D-DAY transports your team to the beaches, cliffs, and fields where the fate of the free world once hung in the balance. It’s a powerful setting to examine leadership under pressure—where communication broke down, plans unraveled, and success required immediate, values-based decision-making.
