DAVID FIVECOAT
David is a leader, trainer, and coach. His decades of experience leading and operating in complex organizations, situations, and environments fuel his passion for helping others be the best that they can be.
During his twenty-four-year career in the US Army, Colonel Fivecoat held numerous leadership positions where he developed his leadership, training, coaching, and mentoring skills. Along the way, David led men and women during contingency operations in Kosovo and Bosnia, three combat tours in Iraq, and a combat tour commanding a battalion in Afghanistan – over 41 months in combat. He culminated his service by overseeing the gender integration of the US Army’s Ranger School.
After retiring from the Army, David founded the Fivecoat Consulting Group which provides executive coaching, keynote speaking, and business consulting. David enjoys coaching and consulting because it allows him to work with high-performing individuals who have a genuine desire to be the best that they can be. Over the past four years, TFCG has worked with people and companies in the Oil and Gas, Medical, Agribusiness, Manufacturing, and Construction industries.
